Month Before

The inquiry process starts.  Conference provides tentative dates, estimated guest counts and what facilities will be needed.

Conference rates are established.  All arrangements for housing, meeting rooms, food services and media operations are finalized.  Final contracts are sent and prepayments are made.

Guests names are given and rooms are assigned.  Conference counts are finalized.  Food services finalize all catering.  Parking, meeting spaces and all other final details are accessed.
